Version 0.24.0 is now live!

What is new in Version 0.24.0?

This is a somewhat major update. 

I added "Submarine Base at Pearl Harbor" .  At this time, it is a crude recreation of what the biggest US Submarine base in the world during the second world war. At this time, it consists docked fleetboats and freighters. I added a small warehouse that acts as a little museum for now, to help provide some neat information and real public-domain videos of submarines from world war 2. 

In addition

Added the flats i n the after-engine room to be accurate. The floor no longer looks ugly and weird

Fixed the wall panels in officer's country

Made the RBO radio receiver flush  with the bulkhead in the crew's mess

Made a few more adjustments and fixes behind the scenes

Ignored the maneuvering room
