Ghost IT Tool Lite

I made this little basic IT utility experiment about 4 years ago when I finished my programming degree and was playing around with utilities and application development. Every once in a while I'll make a patch or add a function I may need. It's basically a mash-up of the types of GUI-based commands I use in my daily IT operations, in one single app. I can't guarantee all of it works on all systems, but I finally decided to release it  since some may find it helpful.  It has a few themes, mostly because I wanted to play around with UI.  It's written in C# .NET (4.7.2) framework, on a Windows Forms App.  Like I said, very basic. If enough people download it and find it useful enough, I might actually improve it.  I'll try to respond to feedback, if there is any. 

*Note: I think some functionality may require the app to be launched as administrator, but if you're not comfortable with that most of the app should work fine without it
